Orders under $100 ship for a standard $7.95 per order. Orders at $100 or over ship for free. Contact us for shipping quotes on orders shipping outside the Continental United States.

 

Return Policy

We try to make returns as rare as possible. We do this by working closely with our clients to identify the ideal hardware for their needs, and by offering a samples policy that makes it not only easy, but usually free, to interact with our products in person before buying. 

Nonetheless, we know that some returns are simply unavoidable. In the case of manufacturer defects or errors on our part (yes, they happen to us too), we will cover all costs of the return or replacement of the products. If your order is received with damaged items, please be sure to notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Excluding some custom made pieces, virtually all of our hardware can be returned within 30 days of receipt even when free of error or defect, as long as it is within the original, unopened packaging. In this case, we charge a 20% restocking fee. Furthermore, if your order was shipped with free shipping, the $7.95 shipping subsidy will be deducted from your credit. After 30 day from receipt, items are generally not eligible to be returned. However, we will periodically make exceptions on a case by case basis, normally based upon whether we can persuade the manufacturer to take them back. Such returns made over 30 days after receipt will be eligible for store credit only. If you are placing a replacement order with us, of equal or greater value, you can request that the restocking fees be waived.

To initiate a return or clarify our process, please contact our Client Services department at orders@mysupplystore.com. Returns can also be initiated by logging into your account. All returns must have a return authorization number issued by Client Services before they can be sent back.
